We will have to wait to get the full details from one of the crew (Tom, Gordon, Peter, Tara) who sailed with the Doug through the Panama Canal, however I wanted to share some of the pictures that have been shared with me during this passage. If you’re on Instagram, there were a number of good photos there as well.
This one is my favorite. It looks like Lady Slipper is a little bug about to be squashed by the big guy.
They started through the locks in the evening. They tied up next to a larger catamaran on their way through. They went through three locks one right after another.

Day 2 started earlier so the crew was able to handle lines in the daylight.
Through the canal – they have arrived:
